New Manufacturing Plant

Chancey Metals is proud to announce the completion of our new aluminum manufacturing plant in Jacksonville, FL! After two years of investment, we are now producing aluminum railings, canopies, shutters, and other architectural metal products – all under one roof. Spanning over 60,000 square feet, this advanced facility is designed for efficiency, precision, and high-capacity production.

• Continuous loop powder coating line with three-stage pretreatment. GEMA application system meets AAMA 2604 standards.
• Oversized 3 million BTU oven for continuous line and large-batch processing.
• Hirebotics’ robotic welding system for precise bracket and assembly production.
• Advanced cutting technology including Amada Esnis Fiber Laser, Mitsubishi Water Jet, and Lockformer Vulcan Plasma tables.
• Weld fixturing tables for assemblies up to 25 feet in length.

Beyond cutting-edge technology, our plant is powered by a team of over 100 skilled trade professionals, supported by full-time engineering, project management, and QA/QC teams.

Our facility boasts an impressive single-shift rail production capacity exceeding 1,000 feet per day, or over 50 miles yearly!

This expansion represents a major milestone for Chancey Metals, reinforcing our commitment to quality, innovation, and meeting customers’ growing needs.

Chancey Metals, in strategic partnership with structural engineering experts at Complete Structural Consulting, is proud to introduce our 2025 Product Catalog, featuring a custom line of pre-engineered stair and railing systems.

Engineered for performance and optimized for efficiency, our standardized components reduce lead times, simplify specifications, and accelerate installation. Each assembly is developed to meet HVHZ structural and safety codes, with Miami Dade NOA currently pending.

A Fond Farewell to Ronald Aderman

With mixed emotions, we announce Ronald Aderman’s retirement after an incredible 27 years of dedicated service to Chancey Metals.
