OUR PROCESS
Most metal contractors only handle one phase of the job. This either forces you to find multiple contractors or drives costs and delays as your contractor subs each piece out to others. We do it all, keeping your project on time and budget.

COST ESTIMATING
We know plans change over pre-construction life cycles and we want to help you get it right! Our estimating and engineering team is available early in the process and happy to refine work scopes and cost estimates upon request. Our peer review system ensures senior management attention and problem solving is applied to every proposal.
RISK MANAGEMENT
Chancey has the financial strength, risk management tools and experience necessary to pre-qualify for the industries most demanding financial institutions, developers, and general contractors. When it comes to contract administration, prompt attention to detail by our AIA contract specialist can always be expected.

ENGINEERING
When you send us a letter of intent, Chancey’s in-house engineers stand ready to deliver complete submittals within 10 to 14 days. Submittals and drawings are prepared by Chancey’s team under the supervision of a licensed PE with over 40 years of construction industry experience. Our SOP is designed to have your stamped and sealed drawings completed in 2 turns or less.
SCHEDULING
Chancey’s average production time is an industry leading 3 weeks from verification of measurements. To deliver with precision, Chancey’s project managers reserve production capacity months in advance of your estimated delivery date. We then monitor your progress in the field and adjust as necessary to meet the final schedule need.
MANUFACTURING
Our delivery commitments are backed by substantial investments in raw materials inventory, lean manufacturing practices, and above all, a team of highly skilled craftsmen. This process starts with meticulous attention to detail on the shop drawings and monitors every piece through fabrication, assembly, coating, packaging, and shipping.
DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
Our Project Management team is constantly monitoring the progress of your project with the goal of “just in time” material delivery and installation. Proactive communication between our team and yours in the best process to ensure complete material sets arrive at your jobsite with the equipment, labor, and supervision needed for a job well done.
