Specializing in multifamily apartments, senior and student housing, and commercial building construction, Chancey routinely undertakes large and small projects throughout the Southeast.
We have earned a reputation for excellence in high-quality sheet metal fabrications and assemblies, surpassing many competitors. Volume From CNC punching and laser cutting through complex coating and silk-screening, we provide a comprehensive, one- stop solution that includes mechanical and electromechanical assembly. As an ISO 9000 certified company, we employ full-time QA/QC personnel to ensure that our products are delivered precisely as specified and on schedule.
Our skilled engineering and craftmanship teams are frequently engaged for unique small lot design/build solutions. Our capabilities include custom built UL rated electrical enclosures, metal cabinets, control consoles, and metal ductwork, and wire ways demonstrating our ability to handle complex, bespoke projects that require innovative approaches.
